After sitting on our porch for a couple of weeks, it was time to finally carve our great pumpkin into a jack-o-lantern. Only problem? It was already starting to decay and was very mushy. Too mushy to attempt a carving. Good thing Cal and I picked a back-up in South Jordan earlier in the week! The weather after dinner on the 27th was spectacular - we carved outside in t-shirts surrounded by crunchy leaves. It was autumn evening perfection.

See? Those three holes in the middle are from Sam's fingers. Soft and squishy. |
