We spent a fun Saturday celebrating Gregg's 35th birthday. First up: presents! Which was followed up by some dad pile snuggling on the couch and watching This Old House. After breakfast, he put his brand new bike pump to use to fix Cal's flat tire. Then we headed to Snowbasin for some disc golf, with Carlos and Harley's nachos at the park to round out the morning. (We also got invited over to the fire station to check out the trucks while we were eating, so that was fun for the kids, too.) After naps we dropped the kids in SoJo at Grandpa and Grandma's house, and Gregg and I drove to Crown Burgers for some pre-RSL game grub (and free parking!). They won the game, despite my wrong-colored shirt. After RSL, we headed back to collect our sleeping kids (they didn't even miss us while we were gone, they had such a fun time!) but first we had to dine on some birthday trifle made by Gregg's mom. Mmmhmmm. Happy birthday, indeed!
