Earlier this spring we
met up with my friend Christine and her boys (and Heather and Ky and Grace came along) at the Dinosaur Park in Ogden. That day we lucked out and both bought season passes, which also get us into a handful of other parks/museums, including Tracy Aviary in Salt Lake, which we haven't been to since Sam was still in utero and Callie was just two. On Monday, July 8th, Christine invited us to go with her and her boys, Zachy and Timmy, to check it out with our passes. And since we were in the neighborhood, she offered to show me around Trader Joe's afterward (and told me all the really great things to try!). What a fun outing!

These are pretty, too. I think I took more pics of flowers and trees than birds. (The other bird pics I stole from Christine ;) |

My haul from Trader Joe's - had to try 'em all! |
The peanut butter cups really are delicious; I must have tried them at Elaine's because I've definitely never been to a Trader Joe's. I've also never been to the Tracy Aviary, but I would like to! It looks fun!
