We spent a pretty chill 4th of July Sunday at home church followed by an evening hike to beat the heat up at Pow Mow. But Monday the 5th was a party day! Michael woke up super early to snag everyone a spot along the Hyrum parade route, and we met the Herzogs, Mom and Dad and Ev and Bradley and Mugs to watch the parade and gather as much candy as possible.
After the parade we ate lunch at Grandma and Grandpa's house, played in the pool and sprinkler, crafted and Mario Kart raced. We finished up the day with some Papa Murph's and a good time was had by all.
