Soccer Camp

The kids got to do soccer camp again this year at Eden Park from 12 - 15 June. It's so nice to have it so close - they can ride their bikes there and home all by themselves and suddenly I had four afternoons with a couple hours of free time. What?! They learned passing and dribbling drills, played some scrimmage games, and had a blast with their friends and coaches. 

And they're off for the first day of soccer camp!

On the second day they had pictures.

On the last day of camp they have a little
awards ceremony that parents can come watch.

Sam's certificate said he "was awesome
at preventing goal-scoring opportunities".

Cal was almost the last one to be called up,
so she was cheering that it was finally her turn.

Her certificate said she "was awesome at
passing and teachability".

Go Cal!

They each got a little string bag with treats
and little toys and a sticker and their
camp photo in a magnet frame for the fridge.

 Best camp ever!
