Little Brother Gets Hitched

We trekked to frigid Logan for Nate and Shelly's wedding on December 17th.  It was a beautiful ceremony in the temple and a fun and delicious luncheon afterwards at the Coppermill.  We just had to get really creative with our ways of staying warm as we waited outside for the Mr. and Mrs. to emerge from the temple.

The green coat was a must - I think it saved his life!

Aunt Joan, Uncle Ken, Cousin Amylinn and Uncle Mike
Cousins Becca and Christine
Grandma and Grandpa Elwood
Aunt Alicia, Uncle Dale and Cousin MaKinna
(And I'm pretty sure Dale really was glad to be there - I'm guessing
the face is due to the cold?)
Nate certainly was happy to be there!
Shelly's family gathering for their group shot.
We are a happy family!
Meet the parents.
Siblings and spouses.
Sisterly love.
Nate held the bouquet while Shelly and her
 sister got a photo together.

At the luncheon - the tree is always there
this time of year, but it matched
everything perfectly for the wedding.
Inspecting the beautiful cake made by Joan the Great.
Nate's missionary companions came up to give the new
couple a toast.
Dads made speeches.
The cake was cut.
Just hangin' out.
Just one of many grandparent photos - with the Thornleys.
