A long awaited day finally arrived on January 13th when Callie and Gregg got to spend the afternoon on the snow at Nordic Valley. It was Cal's first time skiing! And she couldn't have been more excited for this experience. (Though, I don't know if her excitement beat Gregg's - both were beaming when they got home that evening.) Gregg said she was an excellent little learner, eager and happy to listen and try and try and try. She loved the magic carpet lift and the red skis and boots she got to rent from the lodge. And she can't wait to go back! Success, most definitely!
Since Gregg took all these photos and videos, I'm not totally sure where they all fit in order. So I'll just lump all the cute videos here at the end as a bonus grand finale:
