Remember September? We love this month! This year it started out feeling much like summer and stayed toasty warm for most of the month. Finally, about 3/4 of the way through, the leaves started changing and the temps started dropping and we felt like we were in fall at last! Here's what we were up to:

| 9.29.19 (finished this and think we're doing a pretty good job of raising "wild children" (kids who love nature and being outside) and I was happy to note that we do a lot of his suggestions without even realizing it - getting outside as a family often, reading books with nature elements/stories, letting kids play with sticks and dirt and other "loose ends". There were lots of other good ideas about sit spots and story of the day and coyote mentoring that I liked and will try, too.) |
